Would be intent for all - which we want as then others could step up to the plate and outbid. They will have to gauge interest level and put a drop-dead date for any final offers - and then the vote (which, IF multiple offers come in) will most likely be approved by the majority. Then Titan gets acquired. During this process, the stock could really shoot up as I'm sure that the market will anticipate others coming to the "dance".
