I don't know but hope springs eternal, meaning I hope they lost it. I don't think that's a good business to mess with when they have so much potential with the sensor tech and it doesn't require subsidies from Uncle Sam who borrows the money from the future with no hope of repaying it (oops..starting to rant 
). Too many irons is sorta what got them into trouble as I recall. Teamed up with Franklin Energy which turned out to be a fraud or something. Can hardly remember anymore.
I'll be very pleased when we see them return to trading and start developing the sensor applications. That alone will be worth a buck in the short term, I would think.
