I really think he is trying to build a legitimate company for the long run. I think he is looking for a solid JV . I've heard some of the JVs in the industry are an exchange of shares to use the company name in a PR...doesn't add much real value. It sounds like Bill is looking for a partnership to benefit SREH with a real product/service.

I think we could see a dispensary acquisition in the near future as well. With companies in the industry under the SEC's microscope, I think Bill is making sure he takes the right steps here. With the uncertainty hitting MMJ stocks, I think he is smart to take his time...much better than the consequences other companies have seen.
