Running bull, the people at vringo are in no hurry for anything. They all sold stock and have made a good penny selling stock and very high unjustified salaries at the current stage. They took pretty much nothing (vringo pre merger) and all figure out how to make some cash from it. So they can wait, and come soon they will sell more stock and make some more coin. Te sense of urgency is not portrayed from HQ, because they are eating very well while we all wait.
