I’m beginning to think you’re serious about this whole BG Medical Technologies, Inc. thing, a Big TY.

Many things stood out in my meeting with Angel, but the single most-important thing that stood out in my mind was Angel emphasizing 95% of BG’s shares are now in “friendly (company affiliated) hands.” It appears that Angel now has the shares for "working capital," and now that he does (and now that those shares can be exchanged between company and other "friendly {company affiliated} hands" for cash infusions, this benefits both company and shareholder. I have watched competitor stocks use this give and take method, all the while the stock price ascended to new plateaus and retraced to higher valleys, advancing to higher highs.
