EPC is not even being worked on, engineers won't start until the Taylor county $5M loan goes through and BION can pay for it.... Don't expect EPC report for at least a month if not two from when $5M loan completion is published. VERY frustrating.

Hardee county is lagging, higher probability Hendry county will be first plant. Would suspect Taylor is second location considering they are giving free land and the $5M loan requires a commitment to build a plant.
