What Happened To All The "So-Called HLNT Dealers"

Was there a shortage on PVC pipe that caused everyone to go out of business?

Or perhaps Chad doesn't have enough room in his apartment to assemble the PVC pipe & keep up with the ever increasing demand? LOL
