Other thought:

Lets assume 3.1 Billion is the short number. 5.4 Billion traded since 12/15/2013 Buy/sell leaves you at 2.7 Billion. 3.1-2.7=.4 billion. 378 Million on the bid at .0001. Maybe short have made a little ground. Guess those 430 Million restricted will be worth more. Well assuming there are shorts. Hope there isn't a fight over those restricted. Mine are in non self clearing. Little hard for me to sell. I think you get a new cusip and D with a name change. So Guess we are waiting on FINRA...
