Unfortunately I will have to say Yes. I fell for one of his BS Mergers he was promoting a couple of years ago . I should have done my DD better and not believed a word of what Mr. Makmann was promoting at the time. The 8500/1 reverse split he pulled on us sealed my fate. Since then however , I have watched as QEDN has continued to promote so many Mergers , Acquisitions , LOI's and so on that I can't even remember them all. Of course not a SINGLE ONE of them EVER made a penny or amounted to anything at all except for smoke and mirrors to lure investors in. After getting burned by Mr.Makmann and his BS lies my only satisfaction comes from trying to make sure no one else believes a word he has to say and gives the crook a penny to support this ongoing scam.
