I don't understand why you post about TLAG/VTCo. The deal never went through. In fact instead of Janon going to work at TLAG he scarpered off to VTCo and got himself a job there, not that he ever did anything at TLAG. Actually that's not true he did put together a few R/S's, something he was particularly good at, much to the annoyance of his shareholders.
