gejer, I think that Samsung, ZTE and the Staff Attorney are pizzed as they are getting the same ruling on these patents that the CAFC, ITC Commission on Remand, and now the Delaware Court have all constructed in a manner that is consistent with infringement. Whey are they fighting so hard to try and pull the wool over the ALJ's eyes that must render an ID on these patents asserted against the parties, and still alive against pNokio in the 613 remand.

These companies should do the right thing and settle up. Or they can all play chicken until the ID date due on 5/12/2014 which is 27 days away.
