As I see, the debtor SPNGQ is being discharged of its liabilities.
The US cannot hold on to the Stock for long i.e they cannot be custodians of the Stock. They will have to dispose it, either by auction or cancellation. The cleanest way of doing it is by cancellation. In any case the stage has been set for SEC/DOJ to release SPNG and let it trade on OTCBB. AIMO!
