"a share is a share," IF preseizure shareholders sold-off @ whatever price, they also sold-off their inherent RISK - which the new investor assumed along with any potential future value gains. That is the very basis of market trading, else anyone selling shares would always cry they want more $$$ if the PPS increased in the future.
