In a situation like this there are multiple scenarios with subtle variations. The idea of relative importance is key. ALL of these entities will play a role in the Takeover & Development of RXPC. To what degree they paticipate is beyond my pay scale at this time.
However, once RXPC is taken over, my pay scale will take a giant leap forward.
