Cpac - My belief is that most "investors" are too lazy to actually inspect financial statements. While FASC not filing may have had some impact on the pps, the more likely reason for the current pps is simply slow sales and no stock promotion via PRs.
Sales have taken place this fiscal year. 4 by my count. I believe it will take one more sale before the accounts payable is fully caught up. At that point Brian will also have the available cash to pay auditors. Timing is everything, of course, and I expect we won't see financials filed until September.
My expectation based on my DD is that 2 additional sales will take place this FY. Minimally[\u], we will see 1 machine sold in May and the second in June. There are strong possibilities for multi machine orders this FY, as well. I think these are a 50/50 chance of this FY versus the next. Also we should be looking for web site updates by June.
As always, I strongly recommend that everyone does their own homework. Based on what I have uncovered though! I feel very confident this is FASCs re-building year.
