If my research is right, this company hit a high in 2000 of 54 cents. Pretty safe to say that for any investor getting in the game at that level will probably have some negative comments about our current state of affairs and thus, anyone getting in today at a penny, certainly can have room for optimism with very little downside. In any event, they are not backing up the truck to load up.
