The announcement of a buy back on Facebook with no supporting SEC docs in advance is 100% illegal.

I would not be surprised to see a suspension and trip to the grey sheets, honestly.

I hope I am wrong but I have seen it happen before and I have been a part of one.

Example: Mike the Pike, hurt allot of people.
