IENT has it in it's library so they might as well dust it off, update it and promote it. HelbreathUSA was first published by IENT in 1999. So update it and change the name and put it out there.
In Helbreath, players are combatants in the religious war of Equilibrium. Equilibrium is separated into two nations - Elvine and Aresden, which serve the Gods Eldiniel and Aresien, respectively.
