A: None whatsoever! No reverse split nor anything planned at all any kind.
Q: What about the 01 price point for OTCQB starting May 1
A: KNSC year end is Dec 31. This applies to KNSC 90 days after so April 1 2015. We have a year to get KNSC to a penny.
Q: KNSC is trading sideways with lots of great news. Why is that so in your opinion? Just curious as to what MMG take is on this?
A: There was an issue with TA. See 8k filing back in Sept Oct last year. DTCC took notice and placed a temporary chill on KNSC. That’s why many shareholders were unable to buy KNSC stock from their retail brokers. Now that the issue with transfer agent is resolved KNSC lawyers notified DTCC and the chill removal update will come off. DTCC takes anywhere from 1 to 7 business days to do this. There is a massive back order on buy orders on KNSC. Once this DTC list is updated all these orders should start registering and we should see some serious volume come in and hopefully appreciation based on laws of demand and supply.
Q: So you guys already notified DTC that TA is all fixed u now. Is your guys share price targed still in 5c range projection!?
A: Yes and we did a filing as well. Retraction, and all. Its all good now. Just waiting for DTC to update their records and ten the retail brokerages will start.Yes 5c is where we think we can get KNSC to and where it will we liquid and then we can start looking at getting some institutional buyers to come in.

A scientist in the United Kingdom has found that compounds derived from marijuana can kill cancerous cells found in people with leukemia, a form of cancer that is expected to cause an estimated 24,000 deaths in the United States this year.
“Cannabinoids have a complex action; it hits a number of important processes that cancers need to survive,” study author Dr. Wai Liu, an oncologist at the University of London’s St. George medical school, told The Huffington Post. “For that reason, it has really good potential over other drugs that only have one function. I am impressed by its activity profile, and feel it has a great future, especially if used with standard chemotherapies.”
Liu’s study was recently published in the journal Anticancer Research. It was supported by funding from GW Pharmaceuticals, which already makes a cannabis-derived drug used to treat spasticity caused by multiple sclerosis.

A: Yes there will be, several. Read the PRs Co put out last week. The financials to get back to current from yield debt issue etc, etc,. We may do and file a a super 8k instead as theres so many positive and significant changes that are happening with the company.

A: KNSC year end is Dec 31. That 0.01 rule doesnt take effect till 90 days after Co year end. In KNSC case its April 1 2015. Full 12 months from now. So no reverse split almost guaranteed for at least 12 moths. If we can get price over 0.01 then theres no need in any event and its a moot point. KNSC has time on its hand. Full 12 months.
Q: I see on OTC Markets float as 3 Billion but I read somewhere in filings its 2 Billion. Which is it?Whats the correct number do you know?
A: You mean the "lock up agreement". Yes KNSC has a lock up agreement in place for over 1 Billion shares. Legally KNSC float is 3 Billion. However some stakeholders did a lock up agreement so until the agreement expires end of 2014 its technically 2 Billion float.

A: Yes there will be, several. Read the PRs Co put out last week. The financials to get back to current from yield debt issue etc, etc,. We may do and file a a super 8k instead as theres so many positive and significant changes that are happening with the company.
Q: Many retail shareholders are concerned that there may be a reverse split and May 1 0.001 OTC Markets guideline. Any comments on this?
A: KNSC year end is Dec 31. That 0.01 rule doesnt take effect till 90 days after Co year end. In KNSC case its April 1 2015. Full 12 months from now. So no reverse split almost guaranteed for at least 12 moths. If we can get price over 0.01 then theres no need in any event and its a moot point. KNSC has time on its hand. Full 12 months.
Q: I see on OTC Markets float as 3 Billion but I read somewhere in filings its 2 Billion. Which is it?Whats the correct number do you know?
A: You mean the "lock up agreement". Yes KNSC has a lock up agreement in place for over 1 Billion shares. Legally KNSC float is 3 Billion. However some stakeholders did a lock up agreement so until the agreement expires end of 2014 its technically 2 Billion float.

This company is going into media and just came off an impressive year with there latest filing.

The price right now is at the .0011 breakout of the trips and set to move now toward the penny with more news and the update to the otcbb.

A: None whatsoever! No reverse split nor anything planned at all any kind.
Q: What about the 01 price point for OTCQB starting May 1
A: KNSC year end is Dec 31. This applies to KNSC 90 days after so April 1 2015. We have a year to get KNSC to a penny.
Q: KNSC is trading sideways with lots of great news. Why is that so in your opinion? Just curious as to what MMG take is on this?
A: There was an issue with TA. See 8k filing back in Sept Oct last year. DTCC took notice and placed a temporary chill on KNSC. That’s why many shareholders were unable to buy KNSC stock from their retail brokers. Now that the issue with transfer agent is resolved KNSC lawyers notified DTCC and the chill removal update will come off. DTCC takes anywhere from 1 to 7 business days to do this. There is a massive back order on buy orders on KNSC. Once this DTC list is updated all these orders should start registering and we should see some serious volume come in and hopefully appreciation based on laws of demand and supply.
Q: So you guys already notified DTC that TA is all fixed u now. Is your guys share price targed still in 5c range projection!?
A: Yes and we did a filing as well. Retraction, and all. Its all good now. Just waiting for DTC to update their records and ten the retail brokerages will start.Yes 5c is where we think we can get KNSC to and where it will we liquid and then we can start looking at getting some institutional buyers to come in.

- Company made a transition from retail solar related products in its New Jersey location, to a holding company of a media marketing company in 2013.
- In 2013, Company divested itself of the underperforming solar product lines, and retail store operations. Company redirected its focus and business plan in the newly acquired entity known as Sparx Business Media Group.

A scientist in the United Kingdom has found that compounds derived from marijuana can kill cancerous cells found in people with leukemia, a form of cancer that is expected to cause an estimated 24,000 deaths in the United States this year.
“Cannabinoids have a complex action; it hits a number of important processes that cancers need to survive,” study author Dr. Wai Liu, an oncologist at the University of London’s St. George medical school, told The Huffington Post. “For that reason, it has really good potential over other drugs that only have one function. I am impressed by its activity profile, and feel it has a great future, especially if used with standard chemotherapies.”
Liu’s study was recently published in the journal Anticancer Research. It was supported by funding from GW Pharmaceuticals, which already makes a cannabis-derived drug used to treat spasticity caused by multiple sclerosis.

A: KNSC year end is Dec 31. That 0.01 rule doesnt take effect till 90 days after Co year end. In KNSC case its April 1 2015. Full 12 months from now. So no reverse split almost guaranteed for at least 12 moths. If we can get price over 0.01 then theres no need in any event and its a moot point. KNSC has time on its hand. Full 12 months.

A: You mean the "lock up agreement". Yes KNSC has a lock up agreement in place for over 1 Billion shares. Legally KNSC float is 3 Billion. However some stakeholders did a lock up agreement so until the agreement expires end of 2014 its technically 2 Billion float.

This company is going into media and just came off an impressive year with there latest filing.
They are moving into media for the MMJ sector as well as shown in there latest news releases.
The price right now is at the .0011 breakout of the trips and set to move now toward the penny with more news and the update to the otcbb.
Also note they are an OTCBB stock and that means they will have to move the price to the penny the next month or so with news and new websites.

Highlights include:
- Company made a transition from retail solar related products in its New Jersey location, to a holding company of a media marketing company in 2013.
- In 2013, Company divested itself of the underperforming solar product lines, and retail store operations. Company redirected its focus and business plan in the newly acquired entity known as Sparx Business Media Group.
- Company appointed entire new board members, new interim CEO, new stakeholders
- Obtained a $1 Million dollars secured line of credit @ 5% annually
- Revenue for year ending December 31, 2013 was $541,536 compared to $47,800 for the year ended December 31, 2012. Over a 1,000% gain
- Selling, general and administrative expenses for the year ended December 31, 2013 were $540,429, compared to $641,947 for the year ended December 31, 2012
- Company conducted forensic accounting into the matters of debt on their books. The Company requested confirmation from creditors as to their claims of debt. Company concluded that some of the debt had already been satisfied, while other debt could not be substantiated. This audit saved or returned approximately 1 Billion shares from being issued from the treasury, and released into the marketplace.
