Meaningless sound bites...or factoids...taken out of context - like "cash on hand" do not reflect the big picture - only a snapshot at a given moment in time - the day afterward it may have been millions, or less . . . it's irrelevant. The good news is that Baltia doesn't sit on a bunch of cash, but only acquires what it needs to move forward...and is nearing the finish line. GLTA
