KNOW WHAT YOU OWN!! The 60 Mil revenue came from this Official PR from the company found here:

The company has only had 3 PR's since. I have no idea who sierra is but if I were doing DD on a stock I would definitely know what the most 4 recent Official PRs from the company said!

BIGG will hit 60 mil in revenues in 2014 and that's a conservative estimate from the company! They've gone from 2 Million in Revs in 2010 to $45 in 2013.

Sierra is obviously just reprinting previous PRs so I wouldn't bash that info unless you want to mislead future investors.
