If I could trade this illiquid, non compliant stock, based on the resident experts valuation, I would have no compliants. However the reality is .014 bid and .015 ask with zero volume. This IS NOT indicative of a company with multiple "documented sales".

Wash, Rinse, Repeat,,,,Since sales, particularly in a non compliant company are certainly material events, the lack of confirmation by FASC indicates they are not done deals...
