vper is a tricky little bugger...it generally runs pretty good a few times a year, then has wild swings and then it drops back into the trips and goes dark when investors get tired of waiting for all the empty promises to manifest and they bail. then Farid dreams up a new and exciting PR and new aliases flock to this board screaming "the charts don't lie", and "that was the old vper, this time is different, the past doesn't matter, vper is headed to the moon" and you end up right where we are now...that's the vper cycle

when it runs is never known, sometimes it wants to run and vper dilutes, sometimes "big" news comes out and vper runs backwards...

trying to time when vper will run again is impossible, but it will run again, and then drop like a rock again
