Hi JRT, thanks for sharing. Can you give us any more? When you say not as confident is that: 1. They are making some less than perfect choices that will lower our upside, but relisting is not in jeopardy. or 2. What is on the new website is not reality and things are so bad they probably won't relist.

Sorry to ask for more but hoping you can clarify a bit. Thanks again I appreciate it.
