Sceptique you are so correct. I suspect the companies bylaws states the majority rule and the judge intends to enforce those bylaws. Gingras is on one side and has encouraged stockholders to contact him privately so he can sign them on. Alias has painted the opposition as crooks and that they intend to destroy the company. Neither side has clearly outlined what they intend to do with the company. One says CT's efforts have been curtailed and the other says she had her chance and did nothing.

The good part is the court is protecting our assets,... for now. The majority, not the court, will determine where the company will go in the future and who will be in charge. Since no stocks can change hands or deals made it is just a head count. You might say we are having a stock holders meeting without a meeting and/or statement of where the company is going. That sucks.
