I JUST SPOKE TO THE COMPANYS IR REP MR. TESTAVERDE
1) He said the 8k filed shares are restricted. He wasn't sure of the exact float but based on the numbers I can find in filings and from our conversation it stands at roughly 1mill which confirms the majority of shares sold last week were scared impatient retailers.
2) He confirmed the aquistion was in the process of being closed and a ticker change will follow once it closes, not sure when but typically 45days.
3) They will release a PR when there is something material to announce. They are not interested in pumping the stock for traders but do want to satisfy their investors.
4) They expect a product update in MAY upon its arrival from manufacturing.
5) Todd Denkins is a partner of Craig Ellins in 10mile farms and is an investor in SXLP.
6) Regarding the address on the site, it is incorrect. Their main office is currently in Florida, see the 8ks for the exact address. As per their 8k aquisition they are all moving their offices and lives to Las Vegas Navada.
