Really?? If I invested $25k during the private placement, even today @ $0.28 I'd be sitting on a profit of $115k (with a $0.05 conversion) -> So yes, HUGE profit which dramatically benefits the holder of those PP shares. Even C & D holders get between $0.10 & $0.15 conversions.

Anyway, I'm not going to explain the benefits of PP holdings in these penny stocks, but I will say this. There was a reason they were all tied to RBIZ and not NXOI. I'm sure it was so that NXOI could profit off of any RBIZ revenue while not having to deal with the dilution aspects. Now none of that matters until RBIZ is actually profitable, but when they are, NXOI should see the largest benefit because at that point RBIZ will have so many shares OS that the profit/share will be much greater for NXOI.
