The question is, what unmovable obstacles are there to stop Alvin from getting Magnatek into producing configuration?

We know he needs funding to get the operation continuous and more-or-less under one roof; it's a no-brainer. But what can stop that from happening? What is stopping it?

Is our CEO so obstinately independent that his terms are unacceptable to any venture capitalist? What are his terms, anyway? Or is he so business-secular that he has no idea where to start, so nothing does start?
