I use etrade

last time I had an order in and watched - within less than a minute, the bid was upped to bypass my order, and my order was already over bid.

Their excuse??? Well you need to buy at the ask. I told them they were crazy, you don't do that unless there is action to warrant that - and more so IENT has had a 100% spread at times...ie .05/10

NOT!!!!

Worse part was, once the market closed, the bid was lowered back down to where it was.
