After exhausting research I believe this is a legitimate company. They are guilty of not being transparent and lack of news. Leaving their shareholders to speculate especially after being associated with CDII which seemed to have ended in January 2013. This stock is extremely undervalued probably due to the fact that so many think it could be a scam. You can even buy their toys on amazon if that makes you feel better. If their earning report is close to what they predicted, I would say the price won't be undervalued to much longer.
