National Automation NASV..reveals WELLINGTON SHIELDS as Wall Street Banking firm with commitments of $60 mil in acquisition funding and will also handle the uplifting to the AMEX.

Stock is currently at .03, 1st acquisition has had 24 mil in net revenues the last 3 years. 7.5 mil in net revenues and 616 million shares issued puts the PE close to 30 cents IMO.
