Notes have terms. Of course there are all kinds of transactions.
Some above board with legal fillings and providing truthful legal info provided to authorities, and all kinds of things.

This note for $500,000 had terms. Much of which was not disclosed, could have been changed by now, etc..

Of course you would have to go back and read and understand the history of all involved. I have & do.

It was reported at one point the note was to be paid or was due by end of 2013. There has been no report of anything paid on note.
Because this is all a circle jerk anyway, they can say or do just about anything they want.
