Sure does! After all, ANYONE who's had ANY kind of scientific training would immediately recognize that getting a 95% response to ANY therapy is as probable as finding a flying pig who knows how to calculate the curvature of spacetime.
Therefore, Dr. Smith's name on the paper likely tells everyone in the world with such training that he is either a blithering idiot or a fraud!
Of course, by now everyone ALREADY knows that MISTER Marineo is BOTH a blithering idiot and a fraud, what with his pseudoscientific babble and his claiming advanced degrees even though he never even went to college.
Then again, one could also claim that CTTC's "revenues" and recurring late SEC filings speak for themselves about how effective Marineo's machine REALLY is.
Perhaps a more important question now is how is Smith going to explain to anyone who asks about CTTC publishing press releases calling their "miracle" inventor a money-grubbing imbecile while the inventor is publishing press releases announcing CTTC is "No Longer an Authorized Agent or Representative of Scrambler Therapy" and is calling CTTC a "self-serving," disingenuous, backstabber for refusing to honor obligations it agreed to in a contract IT signed TWO YEARS ago.
You know, it really does look pretty bad to wait TWO YEARS and then suddenly announce to the WORLD that you're telling the inventor of your "miracle" machine, "nyah, nyah, nyah! You didn't sign, dimwit, and NOW we're taking our promises back -- so there!"
I mean, would YOU want to do business with a company that waits TWO YEARS -- during which time you invest who knows how much time, effort, and money -- to suddenly yank the stool from under you and leave you dangling like a corpse on a hangman's tree?
After all that, even if he could demonstrate effectiveness, how would Smith -- or anyone for that matter -- convince potential customers to do business with CTTC?
