Where is VCSY presently?

Patents recertified and basically bullet proof
Gemini (expert witness) in deposition says no way around the patents
Samsung profit per quarter on android based phones = $5B... $20B annually
Settlement with LG, google in the room
Settlement with 4 corporate giants
PRs by everyone and their brother using some new XML based technology
Google says YOU MUST use pop up logo when android devices boot up

How many more dots should I connect?
