Yeah yeah yeah...It's just like the financing for the DC buildout. First VPER claimed that they had financing, then while they were waiting for the check, it turned into a government grant, then a couple months later, they were anxiously waiting for the check to arrive as it should have been in the mailbox any day, and then they said the program had been cancelled and no money was coming, BUT! after the election the program would be restarted and then they would receive the money...2 years later, still waiting for that check!
