Loss from operations and cash interest expense.

All else is Balance Sheet stuff under GAAP to adjust warrants every quarter based on stock price. Stock goes down, you get a non cash "other income", stock goes up, you get a non-operating expense". Old debt adjustment related to old debt never to be paid anyway.

They don't make any CASH PROFITS and have 100 million shares.
