I know phot is screwed due to their situation, but I still believe their business plan was solid(management not I solid) . Could another established company possibly swoop in and a absorb PHOT at a discounted price now, such as VAPE? This maybe far fetched but if possible this could make for an amazing plan.

One of the scenarios I was thinking is that possibly VAPE could buy what's left of PHOT and run it along with their company. After all Kyle Tracy was helping run PHOT before he left to run VAPE. Probably wishful thinking on my part but VAPE does have the A\S room and PPS to make this happen.
