Here is what Profitable Developments said back in Dec 2012.

When discussing the Company’s plans for 2013, he outlined the business strategy with these comments “Profitable Developments has one clear and simple aim. Yes, there will be some dilution of the stock during 2013, but our aim is to use that Capital to wholly acquire onto the balance sheet an increase in shareholder value through the smart use of funds on financially distressed properties. At the end of 2013, our aim is to have increased the Shareholder Value with a healthy balance sheet of a wholly owned, fully renovated and completely rented property portfolio”.

OK they came through on the dilution when the upped the AS to
9 BILLION shares in early 2013. They sold over 7 BILLION
but nothing showing up on the books for that money other than paying debt as far as I can tell. Maybe someone more savy with reports can find something I am missing. Please post if you do. But it looks like when they took over this stock and changed the name a lot of debt came with it. And they put out tons of shares to help deal with that but I see no increase in value on the books. So there appears to me to dilution without value in process. And that is why I am very concerned about how they with fund these LOI and get some real property on the books without a lot MORE dilution to pull it off. Can anyone show us how they will do it?

Stern10 you feel this is worth $.01 soon helps us see why? Using something other than the chart. Something real

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
