"Last time Dr. Tom Smith published a Calmare study he got an average 95% reduction..."????
It would be more accurate to say that the last time ANYONE got a "95% reduction," Marineo's name was on the paper.
I'm willing to bet that Smith himself has never actually used the machine on a person. He's never been trained, right?
So he depends on some underling for his own "results," some underling who likes his job and wants to keep his "master" happy and isn't past fudging a little data here, a little data there?
As far as "skeptical," Smith puts his name on an obviously fraudulent paper with a Larry "Gearloose" Stooge who thinks he can "reverse entropy" and remove scars, cure cirrhosis, and reverse the effects of aging with a few electrodes and an electric outlet!
If that's "skeptical," I got some seriously rich diamond mines out in Arizona and I'd be more than happy let him in on the ground floor!
At least maybe one of Smith's eyebrows raised a little:
"We are starting a sham-control trial to control for the placebo response as one explanation for the good pain relief we have observed."
Unfortunately, judging from his papers so far, his scientific ability ranks about on par with Conrad's management ability -- and talk about something embarrassing there!
