It is my opinion,that you highlight the very reason why I continue to load 2's and some 3's as they come. The shell is still actively trading since March. That's bizarre and the volume is so light for a low trip- but it is indicative eof the last known float and o/s.
very intriguing.
DD this one folks. It behooves the current shell owners to take advantage of this opportunity- or perhaps - if were lucky enough- they have done so already - back in March. To start this activity.
Regardless- this is potentially an under the radar GEM --- chart techs alone are strong here for bounce
