Why the late CFO Darren West "dumped" GACR Stock

He wasn't dumping by choice. It was court ordered.

If you read the foot note, it says:

1. Shares sold pursuant to Court Order dated January 29, 2014, from the Torquay and Newton Abbott County Court - Case No. 259 of 2013, between Mr. Darren West (Applicant) and Heritable Bank PLC (in administration) (Respondent), wherein the Court found for Respondent and ordered the Applicant (Mr. West) to sell his shares in order to settle all monies owed to the Respondent by Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at the latest.

Heritable Bank PLC is now in administration, a form of bankruptcy in the U.K.

This is a bank that deals in mortgages, so I'm sure if there was a business relationship or a personal one. I have a feeling he was rather disappointed to be forced to liquidate his holdings.
