This company has been a shell atleast 2 other times not counting SMNG. Actually was even an algae bio fuel company at one time. I agree: accumulation will start now and remember the old share structure was unlimited shares which last tallied was I think about 800,000,000 shares. So if a promoter comes in with a monster share of the float, they will make a TON of money. I actually am stupid enough to go and buy a few million more of this to add to my 3m now. Something big will happen, they will spend a year or so accumulating. When it re-lists on the OTC markets, blast off will occur.
