4thdmntnl, i don't have PM. Your right ETRADE will not let you trade HFBG BUY OR SELL. I ask them how there were trades and that is how they explained it. The settlements will not settle until the lock is lifted. If that was the case im sure people wouldn't mind selling when this went .0003-.0004 a couples weeks back and wait for the settlement. I would of. Fidelity does allow you to trade HFBG.
