I agree wholeheartedly. I like sophiegirl but I just don't see what a lawsuit will bring shareholders accept a lower share price and perhaps BK for Patriot. There is no question we have been led by a very weak, neglegent and perhaps corrupt BOD but suing will not help us here. We still have over 400+ companies that infringe on our MMP, I would have to assume the pps doesn't reflect any of that potential right now.
