a tree is known by its fruit. newton's actions (& even his words) totally prove his failure as ceo of rcch.
there is no excuse for his total failure to act in the best interest of the shareholders of RCCH. tell me, what was the last PR he issued? what did it say? can it be confirmed, is it even true? and we are supposed to just, le it slide, laugh it off?
and the DTC Global Lock. this is a DEATH-type BLOW TO A SHAREHOLDERS' EQUITY position. a global lock is PRISON FOR A SHAREHOLDER - do u get that? thus, it cannot be ignored by a CEO - it must be DEALT WITH & worked to get removed asap. He should have been fighting, as CEO's do, FROM THE MOMENT the LOCK was put on it. how long has the DTC lock been on RCCH? how long? what has newton done to get it removed? that alone is total reason for his ouster as CEO.
as a CEO he has a LEGAL OBLIGATION to act in the shareholders' interests at all times. he is not passionate about the shareholders, we know that. he is passionate about covering his tracks and staying out of jail.
