So why don't people like ron tag that sorta nonsense? I think there's some sort of take over plan. Something in it for them I just don't know what their agenda is. I also think it's to the detriment of shareholders.

Law suits and SEC investigations do nothing for the shareprice. It's a wonder the SP stays where it is?
