Being translated by G00GLE, it is a strange read ! - - I think the three instances of "DKSC" in the document, may just be part numbers where random letters being used. - - It is strange to see part numbers identified as "DKSC" for parts for a windmill farm, IMO.

Finally, there is this quote in the middle of the document:
