HDRE has currently a 3.8m market cap. If you have too low expectations you will never own Greenscape.
My RVD* with similar share structure was up from .05 to .90 in one day just because of an alert of underground stocks(a little newsletter).
We have something great here and if the pr about the distribution is well executed HDRE will explode with 13m float.
There are no shares! But pps of HDRE depends how good the pr will be.

Greenscape´s pps when it starts trading depends on people like you because we own the whole float!

.30 would be not great, if i look at the market cap and compare it to others and i highly doubt there is not more potential.
Other stocks have 300m market cap and have nothing. This would mean $3 for Greenscape.
