That is not likely a good sign.

And since there was no SEC filing on April Fool's Day, guess who the Fools might be.

The idea of becoming current, while missing filing dates is ironic. Not even a NT 10-K, telling the SEC (and the world) that you have a legitimate delay for filing and will have it out w/I 15 days. Which most likely means they knew all along they would not make the grace period that ends April 14th or 15th, I believe.
