Actually, not too bad of a 10K. Dilution still ongoing but it hasn't gotten too out of control. I don't like the fact they are essentially still giving shares away at .005 cost basis, explains why you're seeing selling here at any level above that. Pure profit to the holder at anything above .005 area. It will be interesting to see if this company follows through on this merger. If they do, this should move in the coming month. I still don't know what value though this Virtual Physician's Network brings to the table though.
